Once ordered, request for cancellations or replacement of orders duly placed on the website shall not be entertained.
Gameland may refund or replace only in case of faulty and damaged software and hardware subject to the packaging and casing being returned in good condition.
Faulty or damaged software, cases as well as hardware must be returned within 1 Working day from the date of delivery but with a prior intimation of such via email to Gamelandindia@gmail.com.
In case of hardware every component part (cables, memory sticks, warranty card etc.) must be available, for it to be accepted as a return.
In case you receive incorrect product for which you haven’t ordered, it has to be return in its original packing to us.
After investigating such cases, correct product will be dispatched.
Rights reserved with Gameland and it may take longer duration to settle.
Majorly, the refund will be processed for the cancelled order only through the Gameland Wallet / to original mode of payment in specific cases.
Changed Terms
Gameland shall have the right at any time to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Gameland Site , or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including but not limited to, adding fees and charges for use.
Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including but not limited to, posting on the Gameland Site, or by electronic or conventional mail, or by any other means by which User obtains notice thereof.
Any use of the Gameland Site by User after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by User of such changes, modifications or additions.
Trademarks
Gameland & Warung or any other trademarks and trade names being shown or used on the site are the property of their respective owners.
Termination
Either Gameland or User may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, Gameland shall have the right to immediately terminate User’s Account in the event of any conduct by User which Gameloot, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by User of this Agreement.
Cancellation of order:
Gameland reserves the right to cancel any order in bulk quantity / third party vendors without any explanation for doing so , under situation where Gameland is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed / cancelled does not comply with Gameland policy.
However we shall duly intimate the concerned person and the applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
